Return & Refund Policy

At 1506 Luxe, each piece is carefully crafted to meet our high standards of quality and design. We want you to love your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  1. You received the wrong item.
  2. Your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
  3. You received an item that is significantly different from what you ordered.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  1. Be unworn and unused.
  2. Have all original tags attached.
  3. Be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Be free from perfume, stains, washing, alterations, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Made to Order Policy

All our pieces are made to order according to your selected size or submitted measurements. Because each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, made to order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to sizing.

We strongly encourage customers to provide accurate measurements before placing an order. If you need assistance with measurements, our team will be happy to guide you before production begins.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  1. We are unable to replace a defective or incorrect item.
  2. Your order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
